Whakatane Lyceum Club

The Whakatane Lyceum Club was formed in 1936 and currently has 70 members which includes 3 life members. Our club rooms are situated on the corner of Domain Road and McGarvey Road.

We currently have the following circles which attract a good attendance:

              The Club circle which is either a luncheon or afternoon tea on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

              Evening circle on the first Monday of the month

              Art and Garden circle on 1st Tuesday of the month

              Book Club 3rd Tuesday of the month

              Mah Jong every Monday

              Movies every Wednesday if a suitable film is showing

              Events circle which may include attending and providing suitable musical events.
