Otorohanga Lyceum Club Inc.

The membership of 85 enjoys attending a number of circles.

Morning tea is held on the first Wednesday of the month, tea circle is held on the fourth Wednesday at 5.30pm and members can bring their spouses/friends. A potluck tea is enjoyed by all and followed by a speaker.

The monthly luncheons are well attended with members rostered on to provide luncheon plates of food and after lunch there is a speaker. 

The garden circle is very popular and meets on the second Wednesday of the month and members car pool and visit gardens or any place aligned to gardening.

Another extremely popular circle is mah jong. The mah jong group meets every Thursday afternoon and there is a lot of fun and laughter which is just as important as the playing of the game. Every year Otorohanga holds a mah jong tournament which is well attended by ladies from all over the north island.

Lyceum is providing a great social outlet for the ladies of Otorohanga and the enjoyment is evident by the well attended circles.
